Mediation Fees: $985 per party for half-day (3 hour) session / $2,500 per party for a full day (8 hour session. Fee includes all prep-time, follow-up, and overtime.

Payment is due prior to the start of mediation.  Please make checks payable to “Law Office of John S. Rubin, PLLC.”  Taxpayer identification number is 41-2241277.  W9 is included with the mediation packet and available upon request.

Cancellations/Rescheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule mediation, please do so at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled mediation to receive a full refund of the mediation fee.  Cancellations/Reschedules made within three (3) business days of the scheduled mediation will be charged a cancellation charge of $985.00, charged to the cancelling party.(regardless of the reason for cancellation/reschedule).
